Let us together enjoy our folklore dance classes on Sunday, 04.09.22 , from 10:00 onwards, in the Rotonde of Gotse Delchev’s Town Park. Choreographers from Greece and Romania will take part of the lessons.

Did you know that according to the myth, the Ashure, alias Noah’s Pudding, that we all love so much, was created by Noah and his family during the unforgiving 40-day-long Flood. It is said that when Noah and his boat landed after the Flood, each member of the family took some foodstuff out of his or her pocket . They collected exactly 40 different ingredients and made the first Ashure. Nowadays it is a popular dish in our region, consumed with enjoyment and pleasure.
Come to taste it, along with some more authentic regional dishes, on Sunday, 04.09.22, at 17:00h.

The irresistible Bulgarian Banitsa symbolizes the cosiness of home, our traditions and the richness of tastes on our land. Banitsa is part of our everyday life and it is obligotary present on our table during festivities. As part of the Festival’s Program, the authentic rolling of phyllo pastry sheets may be seen in Breznichanki folk group of the village of Breznitsa. There you will have the chance to taste various well and not so well known types of Banitsa from the region of Nevrokop, skillfully prepared according to recipes passed down for generations.

You are welcome to take part in our Art workshops „Create a memory” where we will learn how to knit, we will create memories and we will enjoy a fun time together!
The workshops will take place on Saturday (03.09.22) from 14h and on Sunday (04.09.22) from 11.30h in our pavilions on Alley next to City Stadium
